Janus Technology Group is not a furnace or oven designer, nor do we wish to compete with those who are. However, we have helped customers design several unique pieces of equipment which weren't available from any established source.

• An insulated protective smoke hood for an open well die-cast melting furnace. It intercepted metal splashed during charging, routed smoke from oily scrap outside the building and reduced heat losses from the furnace.
  
  
• A fast-acting, low friction door mechanism for rapid charging and unloading of a porcelain enameling furnace.
  
  
• A special burner that would operate at high pressures, burn a highly variable fuel and produce a unique flame shape in a fuel cell reformer.
  
  
• A mixing station for enrichment of low-Btu waste gases.
